1295 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1295 platform. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing or using the 1295 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

To use the 1295 platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the legal age of majority as required by the laws of your jurisdiction.
  • Register a valid account with accurate and complete personal information.
  • Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts online betting activities.
  • Use the platform for personal purposes only and not on behalf of any third party.

1295 reserves the right to reject any registration application or terminate the account of any user who does not meet these eligibility requirements, without prior notice.

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities

Registration and account information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Each user is permitted to register one account only. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or obtain additional bonuses is strictly prohibited.

If any of your personal details change — such as your email address or phone number — you must update this information in your account promptly.

Password and account security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 1295 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. You are responsible for all activity on your account until a report has been made.

Payments, Deposits, and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit

All financial transactions on the 1295 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via local Malaysian internet banking and approved digital wallets.

Deposit conditions

  • The minimum deposit amount is as stated in your account section.
  • All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
  • 1295 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal terms

  • Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise stated.
  • Minimum withdrawal limits and processing times are as stated in the platform's help section.
  • 1295 reserves the right to suspend or reject withdrawals that are suspicious or in violation of the terms of use.

All transaction fees charged by third-party payment service providers are the responsibility of the user.

Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Activities

Users of the 1295 platform are required to comply with all of the following usage rules at all times:

  • Use of automated software is strictly prohibited, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform.
  • Fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited, market manipulation, or any form of activity that harms other users or the platform.
  • Account sharing is strictly prohibited or allowing others to use your account.
  • Use of the platform is prohibited for money laundering purposes or any other illegal activity.
  • Misuse of promotions is strictly prohibited — including opening multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses or exploit system errors.
  • Spreading false information is strictly prohibited or disrupting platform operations in any way.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and 1295 reserves the right to withhold account balances associated with fraudulent activity while an investigation is ongoing.

Liability Limits, Account Policies, and Intellectual Property

1295 Liability Limits

The 1295 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1295 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

1295 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur without prior notice.

Account closure and suspension

1295 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for any of the following reasons: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or at the request of a law enforcement agency.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Valid balances will be returned once all review conditions have been met.

Intellectual Property: All content, logos, designs, and software on the 1295 platform are the exclusive property of 1295 and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

Changes to Terms, Third-Party Links, and Governing Law

Changes to these terms

1295 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Third-party links and services

1295 may engage third-party services such as payment providers and sports data suppliers. 1295 is not responsible for the privacy policies or terms of service of any such third parties. Users are encouraged to review third-party terms separately.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 1295 operates. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism established by platform management.
